Try a bit of everything !

In addition to our various thalassotherapy programmes we also provide some themed courses with which to enrich your stay.

Beauty course: Our Beauty Salon provides body and face treatments using active marine ingredients and a wide range of skin-care treatments by highly-qualified beauticians. Men are also catered for with a comprehensive range of products and courses adapted to their needs.

Fitness course: This area is available free throughout your stay with a cardio-training room, a hammam, a sauna, marine hydrotherapy baths, and a large outdoor heated seawater pool (25 m). Additional sessions include stretching, swimming, aquagym and aquajogging as well as special Pilates techniques for muscle strengthening (supervised by qualified professionals).

Leisure course: The centre provides lots of activities on-site such as outdoor heated pools at the Sofitel Hotel (seawater) and the Mercure Hotel (freshwater), which are open from May till October, and low-calorie cooking lessons. Direct access to the beach allows you to enjoy without restriction the beneficial effects of seawater.

The prestigious hotel accommodation of The Sofitel Thalassa Biarritz - Le Miramar provides the luxury, comfort and peacefulness you would expect from an elegant and modern facility. Facing the ocean and directly linked to the thalassotherapy institute, the hotel provides a refined atmosphere within easy reach of the town centre and Biarritz Golf Club. The 126 rooms of the hotel are fitted with Sofitel « My Bed »
concept and include 17 spacious suites and 4 rooms for disabled guests.

Le Mercure Thalassa régina & du Golf is a magnificent example of Second Empire architecture looking over Biarritz Bay. Arranged around a central court,
its 67 rooms have a hushed atmosphere and include 8 suites with sea views, swimming pool and golf course.
